The above statutory liabilities are as per the present laws .Anyrevisions/ amendment will be automatically aplicable and accordingly charged. 2. Service Tax wiil be charged on the total billing.Presentrate of Service Tax is 12.24% 3. We shall cover all the employeesunderESIC/ Workman Compensation, Provident Fund and Shall maintain all statutory records require under said Acts 4. We shall maintain minimum wages, Leave with wages, Bonus and all other statutory records required under the said Acts. 5. We shall obtain License Under Contact Labour (R &A) Act, for your factory , if the Proposed employment exeeds 20. 6. The above rates are negotiable. 7. We shall submit our bills of the month on 3rd day of tha next Month, which shall be payable by 5th day the month to enable us to disturse the wages by 7th. |
